Product Condition
We ship all products new in sealed packaging,
unless otherwise noted in the title or description of the item. We guarantee
the contents of all the merchandises, however we cannot guarantee the actual
package to be in collector quality condition.
Packaging Condition
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to
packaging during shipping. Returns based on condition of packaging are covered
by our standard return policy.
Billing Condition
We accept payment by
Visa/Mastercard, both debit and credit cards. Payment will be billed in the designated currency as shown on the
shopping cart. You can also change the currency inside our website. Full
payment (as shown in the shopping cart and during the checkout process) will be
billed to your card when your order has been confirmed from you, typically
within 24 hours after you make the order. Any refunds will also be
performed to the same card that you used during checkout, or if you paid by
Paypal, it will be refunded via Paypal.
All billing information is secure and
confidential. Our site uses 256-bit SSL encryption during the checkout
process. This means all information is encrypted and cannot be seen by a
human. Card information is only sent to the card processing bank for
billing. No card information is retained. Billing data is processed
solely with the card processor or Paypal.
All costs are shown on the shopping cart page before checkout. You will also see the same grand total to be billed during the final step of checkout. There are no hidden costs, you will pay exactly as that shown in the checkout.
Trackable Packages Inquiry Period
Please note that all shipping companies only accept inquires
submitted within the Inquiry Period. If you would like to check for packages
you didn't receive, please contact our Customer Service within the required
period. About the shipment time schedule, please refer to our shipment schedule

Order Cancellation
There
is no order cancellation once the preparation process has been done and the
parcel was sent to the logistic company. You can only return and refund the
items according to our Return and Refund Policy. For any other circumstances,
