Handling Schedule
We need 3-5days to process the order and send to
logistic company base on the date of receiving the order in our system. There
might be a chance of delay compare to the date of when you place the order. It
is because the payment transaction is not complete such as e-check. If you have

Shipment schedule and tracking
DHL eCommerce Solution (DHL Global Mail) is our sole
logistic company. Parcel International Direct Standard is the default shipment
method. The shipment schedule is vary from country to country. For United
State, the official reference time schedule is 7-12days starting from the date
that they have received the parcel. This shipment schedule may be change from
time to time depends on the logistic company and their situation. We will
notify our customers by updating our shipment information once there is a
change. We will list out some of the official time schedule for some of the
countries as below.
United State – 7-12days
Canada – 12-14days
Germany – 7-12days
Spain – 10-14days
France – 10-14days
United Kingdom – 10-14days
Italy – 10-14days
North Europe – 10-14days
Mexico – 6-9days
Israel – 7-12days
Australia – 8-17days
Shipment Handling
We charges a flat rate USD8.99 on every single shipment regardless the amount of items purchased.
Packaging
Due to the fact that the original packaging is too fragile. We will re-package all the items before shipment and in our own boxes sealed with plastic bag for security reason.
Order Cancellation
There is no order cancellation once the preparation process
has been done and the parcel was sent to the logistic company. You can only
return and refund the items according to our Return and Refund Policy. For any
other circumstances, please feel free to contact our Customer Service.
Tip: The worldwide spread of Coronavirus
affects all international transportations and custom clearance. Lots of flights
have been canceled or cut down. Your shipped order might be delayed for a while
but our carriers will do the best to delivery packages sooner. Please pay
